Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Alma Consulting LLC (“Alma Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, submit a service inquiry through our apply forms, or exchange messages with us, and how we use, disclose, and safeguard that information.
By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit information to us. This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
2.1 Contact Information
When you submit an inquiry, request a consultation, or opt in to messaging, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number.
2.2 Inquiry & Transaction Details
We collect information you voluntarily provide about your real estate goals, including (but not limited to) property addresses, ownership status, desired timelines, buyer or investor criteria, contractor coordination needs, and any notes or questions you share with our team.
2.3 Website Analytics & Technical Data
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. This data helps us understand site usage and improve performance.
2.4 Messaging & Consent Records
If you opt in to SMS messaging, we retain records of your consent (including the timestamp, the source of the opt-in, and which message categories you selected) for compliance and audit purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and coordinate real estate consulting services;
- Facilitate communications between sellers, buyers, investors, and contractors;
- Send transactional messages related to an active inquiry or engagement;
- Send promotional messages, but only to recipients who have provided separate, explicit consent;
- Maintain internal records, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service;
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and service offerings.
4. SMS Messaging Program
Alma Consulting LLC operates an SMS messaging program in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA messaging principles, and A2P 10DLC carrier requirements. The terms below govern how we collect SMS consent, the kinds of messages we send, and how you control your participation.
4.1 Dual, Independent Consent
We operate two distinct message categories and collect consent for each independently through separate checkboxes on our service-specific apply forms:
- Customer Care (Transactional) Messages — responses to your inquiries, property follow-ups, appointment coordination, offer or contract updates, and other communications tied to an active engagement.
- Promotional Messages — off-market deal alerts, investor opportunity notices, newsletters, and service announcements.
Each checkbox represents a separate and distinct consent. You may opt in to either or both categories; marketing consent is never bundled with, or inferred from, transactional consent. Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from Alma Consulting LLC.
4.2 No Sharing of SMS Consent or Opt-In Data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your mobile number, consent records, and any information you provide in connection with our SMS program are collected directly by Alma Consulting LLC and are used solely to deliver the message categories you explicitly authorized.
4.3 Message Frequency, Rates & Carrier Disclosures
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and the categories you opted into.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Alma Consulting LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your carrier.
- SMS service is available on major U.S. wireless carriers; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.4 STOP & HELP Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will no longer send SMS messages to you in that category. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
If at any time you need more information, reply HELP to any message from us, or contact us directly at ap@almaconsult.ing or (405) 822-5096.
4.5 Opt-In Confirmation
Upon opting in, you will receive a confirmation message substantially in the following form: “You’ve opted in to receive messages from Alma Consulting LLC. You may get customer care and/or promotional messages. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”

6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our services, to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. SMS consent records are retained for the period required by applicable telecommunications regulations and carrier rules.
When personal information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or securely archive it in accordance with our internal retention policies.

8. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under 13, please do not provide any information through our site or apply forms. 9. Third-Party Services & Processors
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our website and deliver our services. These providers act as processors on our behalf and are contractually limited to using your information only as necessary to provide the applicable service.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, by posting a notice on our website or sending a message to opted-in users).
